Alexander Mann Solutions Academy Now Open for Application
Employment and Learning Minister Dr Stephen Farry launched the fourth Alexander Mann Solutions Recruitment Academy following the previous successful Academies where 45 graduates gained employment.
The Academy will provide 20 participants with the skills, knowledge and experience required to take up the exciting opportunities available with Alexander Mann Solutions who are a leading provider of talent acquisition and management service.
Minister Farry said: “This fourth Academy will build on the success of the previous three Academies, which saw a total of 45 of the Academy graduates secure employment with the company. I would encourage those graduates seeking employment to apply for this hugely successful Academy where they will be taught recruitment skills and candidate sourcing techniques.”
The recruitment campaign will target Higher National Diploma (HND) and Degree graduates from any discipline and offer an intensive six week training programme leading to the opportunity to compete for a role with Alexander Mann Solutions. Successful participants will also gain an industry-recognised qualification.

Applications to the Academy will close at 4pm on Monday 8 February 2016 and the training programme for successful applicants will start on Monday 4 April 2016. The training will be delivered jointly by the company and Belfast Metropolitan College.
