Our Castlereagh campus located in South East Belfast is home to our courses in Science, Engineering, Motor Vehicle, Sport, Health Care, Theatre, Fashion, Media and Make Up Studies, Art and Design, Fashion and Textiles, Plumbing, IT and Creative Media Production.

Our academic and specialist vocational courses have industry standard facilities that include:

A /full-time library and helpdesk, with extensive print and e-resources, computers and reading areas
Spacious, well equipped lecture theatre
Café Met, which offers good value hot and cold food with a varied menu
Modern science laboratories equipped to the highest standard
Our Sports facilities comprise a modern, fully equipped gym, sports hall, rugby grounds, sports massage room and fitness suite.
Our modern sports hall is fully equipped with multi-sport floor markings, basketball & netball nets, gymnastic mats and sports massage tables, and is used for a range of sport activities such as – Indoor Rugby Skills Training, Basketball, 5-a-side football, Table-Tennis, Badminton and Team Building Activities.
Industry standard workshops for Motor Vehicle, Plumbing and Heating, Electrotechnical Engineering (Electrical Installation), Alarm Installation Services ,Carpentry and Joinery, Metal Fabrication
Our Aviation Suite is a mock air cabin interior of a Boeing 737, with 24 seats, a full galley and interactive communication systems
Industry standard training restaurant and training kitchens
Dressmaking and tailoring workroom
Make up and make up for media and special effects classroom facilities.
Fully equipped and modern classrooms with IT suites that include high end PC workstations with industry standard software, immersive suite including Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality devices, a range of digital camera equipment for film making/photography, sound recording equipment and sound booth

Public Consultation is now closed.

The public consultation in relation to the proposed closure of the Castlereagh Campus opened on Monday 13 November 2023 and closed on Friday 16 February 2024.
