How can I appeal my Summer results?  – Student Guidance

The process and timelines for appealing against results issued in Summer 2024 will vary depending on the qualification you have studied at Belfast Met. The below table provides a summary of the academic appeals process for Summer 2024. Within the column “How can I appeal?” students will learn about their academic appeals process, how to request an appeal, the timelines associated to each stage of the academic appeals process and grounds for requesting an appeal.

We encourage students to read their qualifications appeals guidance carefully and pay particular attention to their appeal deadline dates.

Between 3rd June 2024 and 30th August 2024 If the academic appeal process for your Access or Higher Education awarding organisation / qualification is not listed above, and you are not sure about the appeals process for your Access or Higher Education awarding organisation / qualification please get in touch with the Belfast Met Academic Team. The Belfast Met Academic Appeals’ Team aims to reply back to you within 5 working days. Please note the college is closed on 12th and 15th July 2024.
