Fish Frying Apprenticeship Programme

Who is it for?

The Fish Frying Apprenticeship programme is available to those already employed in the industry as well as new employees so previous experience is not necessary. This Apprenticeship is open to people of any age that have an interest in working in a fast paced catering environment and that are passionate about outstanding customer service

What's in it for me?

Work with a local employer so that you earn as you learn while gaining valuable experience, you will achieve a Level 2 qualification in Fish Frying as well as a Food Hygiene certificate while meeting new people and being part of a fun and interesting working environment .

How long does it last?

The Fish Frying Apprenticeship is 1 year full time, during this time you will work in the industry while attending college one day per week where you will develop knowledge and skills to support you with the on the job training. You will be an employee of the company involved and will have the opportunity to remain in full time employment at the end of your course.

*restrictions may apply to those that have previously completed an Apprenticeship or training programme in a similar vocational area. Participants that do not have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C will be required to undertake additional study in Essential Skills.
