"Every class has been a real learning experience, not just the theory but how you put it into practice. Being a Coaching and Mentoring student is almost more about learning about yourself. We've had a mix of in-person and online classes which has made balancing work and study much easier. We also have opportunities to practice in class first and talk about worries or concerns with the other students. It's a well-balanced course between theory and practice. A big part of the course is the practical element, so we're putting into practice what we learn."
