Life at the Met

There’s much more to life here than learning!

Of course getting an education and picking up qualifications is your number one reason for coming to Belfast Met. But once you arrive you’ll find a welcoming, lively environment where you’ll experience exciting new challenges, enjoy the student lifestyle and make friends for life.

Our students tell us – it’s the grown up atmosphere, the diversity of our student population and our huge choice of course offerings that makes Belfast Met a great place to learn. And, with new and updated campuses, our facilities are extensive and state of the art.

It’s handy too, we have campuses right in the heart of everything Belfast has to offer. Our convenient Millfield city centre and our new Titanic Quarter campus are in the most dynamic areas of the city where exciting innovations in science, technology, media, tourism and creativity are happening right now.

And with our Springvale and Castlereagh campuses, we have Belfast covered. So the College is ideal for combining study, work, socialising and city life.

You are also sure to get the academic support and guidance you need to get the most out of your time at Belfast Met. Our highly qualified tutors and our support team are known for their friendly, approachable help and for their expertise.

Belfast Met has over 5000 students from a wide range of backgrounds, all on the same journey as you. So get involved and meet new people. Our busy schedule of social events and shedloads of activities provides plenty of opportunities.
