This course will equip students with construction skills, knowledge and the understanding necessary toachieve high performance in the construction environment.  To provide education and training for a range of careers in construction, including management, administration, surveying, technology, design and law.

The course will provide insight and understanding into construction operations and the opportunities and challenges presented by a globalised market place.

Career Opportunities / Progression

This course provides opportunities for students to enter or progress in employment in construction or progress to higher education qualifications such as an Honours degree in construction or a related area.

Entry Requirements

One 'A' Level pass in an appropriate subject area plus four GCSEs (100 UCAS points);
BTEC National Certificate or Diploma in building/construction or a related discipline;
Level 3 Vocational Qualification or equivalent in a Construction related area;
Mature entrants with previous construction experience may be considered through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL).
