Applicants must have completed and passed the Foundation Degree in Software and Cloud Development with Data Analytics.
Applicants that have completed and passed a relevant Computing Foundation Degree or HND, or have completed and passed the first two years of a relevant Computing bachelor’s degree, must also complete the bridging qualification, AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals).
Applicants must have GCSEs at grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications, such as Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English
Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL)
Applicants cannot use APL to apply directly to Level 6.

Whenever possible, we make our assessment methods as practical, with written components primarily being used to reinforce technical understanding and personally reflect on own performance. However, research is a core component to the development of any skillset, and so will be tested through written assessment alongside academic writing skills appropriate to the foundation degree level.

This is a part time 1-year long course spread over two academic years and the three modules will be Advanced Cloud Development Technologies, Data Engineering and Science and a Final Year Project.
