Located in the heart of Titanic Quarter, this campus is the ideal solution for organisations seeking an inspirational venue. A number of meeting rooms are available all year round, including boardroom facilities, lecture theatre, and flat floored flexible spaces. Delegates can avail of two modern catering venues, Café Met and the Linen Lounge fine dining restaurant and bar.

In addition a number of production and demonstration kitchens - one of which includes a fully equipped viewing gallery - are available to hire, the perfect setting for a corporate event with a difference.

All rooms offer natural daylight, balanced air conditioning, and are fully equipped with audio visual equipment to suit all your business needs. To complement the wide range of facilities Wi-Fi internet connectivity is available throughout the building.

Facilities

The Central Hall and adjoining Conference Room are flat-floored flexible environments which operate as one large space or two independent facilities, overlooking the Queens Road with panoramic views of the River Lagan.

The Lecture Theatre is a modern, spacious and bright venue boasting comfortable tiered seating and equipped with writing pallets for delegates’ convenience. The Boardroom offers a first-class facility which allows for flexible alternative layouts to suit any meeting requirements. An extensive range of modern and dedicated seminar and training rooms are located throughout the building.

Delegates can avail of two modern catering venues, Café Met and the Linen Lounge fine-dining restaurant and bar. Linen Lounge

Situated on the ground floor, the Linen Lounge is the perfect place for a relaxing morning coffee, a bistro lunch or fine dining experience.

During term-time, food is prepared and served by students undertaking Professional Cookery and Hospitality programmes. The Linen Lounge’s ethos is to give customers a
value dining option prepared by Northern Ireland’s emerging talent under the guidance of the College’s experienced tutors.
