IT Apprenticeships

Make IT your career! Gain IT skills and experience with training provided by Belfast Met, Northern Ireland's Designated Digital IT Curriculum Hub! We have 40-60 IT Apprenticeship roles available with a wide range of employers.

Successful applicants will be employed in one of the participating companies and receive “on-the job” training from Belfast Met.

Apprentices will be employed in various sectors covering a variety of areas depending on Pathway in areas such as Infrastructure, Software Development, Cyber Security & Cloud and Application Development roles with the firms investing in their training to enable them to gain a Level 3 or 5 qualifications (depending on program) and beyond.

The IT Apprenticeship recruitment process is now closed for 2021. Next year’s recruitment will open late June 2022.

Become an IT Apprentice

Successful applicants will be informed on 27 August & be invited to undertake a second aptitude test.
