City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate In Providing Financial Services (600/1624/3)
Overview
This combined knowledge and competency-based qualification is ideal for new and existing insurance staff members.
Combine formal education with “on the job training” in an employed and paid capacity - suits those who want to undertake practical on the job training as well as continue with further education to achieve a CII professional qualification.
The City & Guilds Certificate comprising of units which include but not limited to:
*Planning and organizing work in a financial services environment
*Complying with regulations within the financial services environment
*Managing personal development within financial services environment
*Customer service
*Processing procedures
There are no formal entry requirements however applicants must have a level of competence in written and spoken English.
Must be willing to achieve a Level 2 in Essential Skills in ICT, Application of Number and Communication where a GCSE pass grade has not previously been achieved.
Proof of previous qualifications will be required at enrolment
Must be 16yrs old at time of enrolment
Must be employed in a paid capacity for a minimum of 21 hours within insurance industry
All courses within Belfast Met are delivered and assessed in English, apart from language-specific courses. Your competence in English must be verified prior to enrolling on your chosen course.
This is an Apprenticeship Framework and is fully funded.
