Overview
The Level 2 Providing Financial Services Apprenticeship provides a range of knowledge and practice required to work in a specific technical area of Financial Services that the learner is working in or wishes to work in. At Belfast Met we currently offer the opportunity to explore careers via this apprenticeship in Retail Banking, General Insurance and Debt Management.

An Apprentice needs to be employed or be about to take up paid employment as an apprentice with a Northern Ireland company and be working a minimum of 21 hours per week (which includes off-the-job-training). Also as an apprentice, you must be the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.

This course tuition fee is fully funded by the Department for the Economy.
This course will be delivered in your place of work and assessed through the building of an Eportfolio of work-based evidence. In addition to you Eportfolio, you will also complete multiple choice online tests to demonstrate you knowledge of chosen areas. A great way to "Learn why you Earn"! For those following the pathway for insurance you will also complete your Chattered Institute of Insurance exams required to work in the general insurance sector.
