Overview
In this course you will learn vocabulary and structures related to the Hospitality and Catering field of work.
You will be prepared for role plays and contextual situations in the field of Hospitality and Catering. For instance, role play situations or scenarios commonly used in:
Hospitality and Catering
- Vocabulary: Menus, dietary requirements, bookings, guest satisfaction.
- Situations: Taking orders, resolving complaints, managing events, training staff.
- Phrases/Structures:
- “Would you like to see the dessert menu?”
- “I apologize for the inconvenience; let me address this immediately.”
- Refugees, Ukrainian or Afghan Migrants
- 18+
- Minimum ESOL Entry Level 3 accredited across all 4 skills or above
