Overview
The Junior Chef Academy is ideal for young chefs aged 11 -14 who want to learn to cook with imagination and style. This new programme is aimed at juniors wanting to learn exciting new recipes to build their skills and confidence. This Academy will take them through a collection of recipes designed to help them eat well and improve their kitchen skills along the way.
Aprons will be provided.
Course runs Monday 20th July - Friday 24th July 9.00 - 12.00.

You must be between 11 and 14.
No formal entry requirements.
All courses within Belfast Met are delivered and assessed in English, apart from language-specific courses. Your competence in English must be verified prior to enrolling on your chosen course.
Fees:
Academic period 2025:
Tuition Fee = £60.00
Fees are payable annually.
You will receive a phone call after your application has been made to discuss payment of fees and space on course.
This course has no qualification.
