Overview
This is a recreational programme designed to build skills and confidence with general cookery techniques and does not result in any formal qualifications. Students enrolled vary greatly from young adults right through to those a little more advanced in age.
You will create a selection of simple meat, chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes and desserts which will help the most hesitant cook to become confident. A week in advance you will receive your menu for the following class and what you need to purchase.

Tuition Fee = £80.00
Fees are payable annually.
The tuition fee does not include weekly ingredients, and these should be purchased for each class.
This is a leisure course, no assessment will take place.
