Overview
This ApprenticeshipsNI programme offers skills development for those aspiring to move into management roles via developing their team leading skills in any industry. The Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading has been designed for team leaders with a degree of authority for managing resources, looking to motivate their team members as well as achieve agreed outputs.
An Apprentice needs to be employed or be about to take up paid employment as an apprentice with a Northern Ireland company and be working a minimum of 21 hours per week (which includes off-the-job-training). Also as an apprentice, you must be the minimum school leaving age in Northern Ireland.
This apprenticeship is assessed in your workplace by one of our skilled Trainer Assessors to help support you on your apprenticeship journey. The Trainer Assessor will work closely with your employer to arrange workplace visits to complete your vocational Eportfolio.
