Overview

The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development qualification offers the opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by Learning and Development professionals. It aims to extend and foster a deeper level of understanding and application to naturally progress learners’ expertise, so they can evolve into L&D leaders and managers. 

The course is delivered in a blended learning format (1 week face to face, one week online) with a mixture of face-to-face classes, tutorials, and online learning activity. 

The Level 5 Diploma is suitable for those who have progressed from a Level 3 training qualification and/or candidates that have suitable/relevant experience within learning and development. 

To complete the Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development you must complete the following 7 units totalling 42 credits:

• Evidence based practice 
• Professional behaviours and valuing people 
• Supporting self-directed and social learning 
• Learning and development design to create value 
• Facilitate personalised and performance focused learning 
• Leadership and management development
