The qualifications are made up of a broad range of units covering skills in six core areas - working with people, managing yourself and personal skills, providing direction, facilitating innovation and change, achieving results and using resources.

Enhanced criteria for this course:
- Applicants must be working as a middle manager/project manager
- Applicants must have line management responsibility for a minimum of two staff
It is essential that applicants’ current management role allows them simultaneous evaluation of their management and leadership skills.

All courses within Belfast Met are delivered and assessed in English, apart from language-specific courses. Your competence in English must be verified prior to enrolling on your chosen course.

Examination / Registration Fee = £180.00
Tuition Fee = £250.00
Fees are payable annually.

If you are an employee of a NI Business with less than 250 employees, your employer may be eligible to apply for funding towards the cost of this programme.
