Overview
There are FIVE CORE MANDATORY modules as follows:
- Managing Teams and individuals
- Advanced Contract and Financial Management
- Managing Supply Chain Risks
- Managing Contractual Risks
- Managing Ethical Procurement and Supply
Learners will also complete THREE ELECTIVE modules to make up the Qualification as determined by the Course team from the following
- Category Management
- Achieving Competitive Advantage through the Supply Chain
- Project and Change Management
- Operations Management
- Logistics Management
- Advanced Negotiation

Applicants must hold a Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply
Applicants over the age of 21 with sufficient evidence of experience may be accepted without the above qualifications.
All courses within Belfast Met are delivered and assessed in English, apart from language-specific courses. Your competence in English must be verified prior to enrolling on your chosen course.

Tuition Fee = £900.00
Fees are payable annually.
The tuition fee includes exam entry to eight computer-based assessments to facilitate:
There will be an additional cost for CIPS membership and manuals to be paid by learners direct to CIPS.

Careers
Learners who successfully complete this course are eligible to progress to the Level 6 Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
