Applicants holding an OFFER or PLACE:

You must attend the College on the day and time provided on your email and/or letter which you should have received by now.

Applicants on a course Waiting list or who have applied after 1st June 2014:

You will be kept informed about your application so keep checking your emails and ensure you are available to answer telephone calls or read text messages. Should places become available on the course of your choice, we will contact you to come into the College.

Recording your examination results

Remember to record all examination results using our e-results facility. If you are waiting on results, please record subjects with the grade as pending but update your records on the day you receive your results using this facility.

The deadlines for submission are as follows:

NOTE: You must update your qualifications by deadlines shown above. Course teams will use the information that you have provided when allocating places on courses. It is important to provide us with this necessary information otherwise non completion of results may be taken as indication that you are no longer interested in the course.

To update outcomes, click on the Edit button, enter achieved result followed by clicking on Update.

• Please look at previous communication from the College to obtain your student id/reference number.


• If you are no longer interested in the course you have applied for, please let the College know as soon as possible.

What happens if I’m not placed on a course?

For those applicants who have applied to the College and are not placed on a course by 28 August 2014, please attend our Clearing Day on Friday 29 August 2014 from 10am - 3pm in our Titanic Quarter Campus to seek an alternative course. The College may have places available on some courses and late availability will be posted on our College website. Keep checking the website for most up-to-date information.
