Your Graduation ticket includes 3 tickets in total (one ticket for you plus two guests) for a total price of £49.00 + booking fee. This price includes attendance at the ceremony and reception, the hire of your Belfast Met gown, hood, certificate scroll box, mock certificate, souvenir graduation booklet, refreshments and entertainment. Graduate tickets are available to purchase until 11:30pm Wednesday 6th November and will not be available to purchase after this date.
You will receive an email to purchase your tickets for HE Graduation 2019, please proceed with the booking process on Eventbrite. You will be asked to pay by credit or debit card via a secure online payment system. A fee will apply to bookings made through Eventbrite.

Extra Guest Tickets
Extra guest tickets will be available to purchase from Monday 21st October until 11:30pm Sunday 10th November and will not be available to purchase after this date at a price of £17.00 per person + Eventbrite booking fee. This price includes attendance at the ceremony and reception with refreshments and entertainment. You will receive an email notification about this closer to the time.
While Belfast Met does not state what style of clothes should be worn under your gown, please be advised that Graduation is a ceremonial occasion marking an important achievement in your life. You should dress appropriately for the occasion. Casual jeans, trainers, t-shirts and other casual items of clothing should be avoided.
During the Graduation Ceremony you will receive a mock Graduation Certificate.
Your School/awarding body has its own system for the distribution of the actual certificate and you will receive this in due course following the Graduation.
Specialist Hood Hire
The College provide Belfast Met hoods for each Graduate, although if you are graduating from any of the courses below you will need a specific hood hired for you by the College. You must purchase your ticket no later than 11.30pm Wednesday 30th October:

Where are my Tickets?
You will require your ticket throughout the day of the Graduation. You will receive an Eventbrite electronic ticket on screen following the successful purchase of your ticket.
Please print the Eventbrite electronic ticket or find your tickets in the Eventbrite app (on your smart phone). Click Eventbrite Support for additional options and information.
In the unlikely event of the graduation event being cancelled, a full refund will be issued to customers. If you have paid by credit or debit card you do not need to contact us, you will be refunded automatically, it usually takes 3-5 working days for the transaction to complete.
Eventbrite will not return the Eventbrite fee to the buyer when a refund request is processed. They will continue to refund the Eventbrite fee to buyers in cases where the College had to cancel its graduation event or the buyer unintentionally purchased duplicate tickets and requests a refund within 7 days of purchase. Titanic Belfast is located at 1 Olympic Way, Queen’s Road, Titanic Quarter, BT3 9EP (opposite Belfast Met’s Titanic Quarter Campus).
Entrance to Titanic Belfast is via the main entrance at the front of the building or from the basement car park. You will be directed to the Titanic Suite (Level 5) via lifts or escalators.
Facilities are available for those who require extra assistance.
Parking is available in Titanic Belfast, Belfast Met’s Titanic Quarter Campus, Queen's Road car park and the SSE Arena.
Success Photography will be taking official graduation portraits in the Students’ Union on Level 1 (TQ-1-039) in Belfast Met’s Titanic Quarter Campus from 9:00am to 9:00pm on the day of Graduation.
You can pre-book your photography package and a convenient time slot that will save queuing time by visiting www.successphotography.com
Pre-booking is available until 5:00pm the 11th November 2019. Orders can also be taken on the day for those who are unable to commit to an allocated time. Please wear your gown and hood for your official portrait and mortar boards will be available to borrow for your official photographs. A spare gown can be provided for those who have not yet collected, or already checked in their gown. *Please note this spare gown may not be in your allocated size.
Additionally, photographers will be on duty to take roaming photos for press and marketing materials and a videographer will be on duty to video the ceremonies for the College website, social media and marketing materials. Your consent is obtained at the time of purchasing your ticket but please be aware avoiding photography and filming may not always be practical e.g. crowd images.
Entertainment and refreshments are available for all Graduates and their guests. These will be served in Central Hall in Belfast Met's Titanic Quarter Campus following the Graduation Ceremony.
The venues are within a few minutes walking distance from each other. Please make your own way from Titanic Belfast to Belfast Met’s Titanic Quarter Campus and have your entrance tickets ready.
Access and Communication Requirements
If you or your guests require a British Sign Language (BSL) Interpreter in attendance at Titanic Belfast, please indicate on your ticket at time of booking, British Sign Language is the preferred language of many deaf people. *The College hires and covers the financial cost of an interpreter through a recognised company and cannot provide the interpreter of personal choice to all those who require an interpreter.
