Apprentices will be employed in various sectors covering a variety of areas depending on Pathway in areas such as Infrastructure, Software Development, Cyber Security & Cloud and Application Development roles with the firms investing in their training to enable them to gain a Level 3, Level 5 (Foundation Degree) or Level 6 (BSc Hons) qualifications (depending on program) and beyond.

IT Apprenticeship

Friday 1st March at the Castlereagh Campus from 10am - 2pm.

Meet employers who are recruiting apprentices in Cyber Security, Networking Infrastructure, Software and Cloud Development.

Entry Requirements- Level 3

Experience is not required but applicants must possess a minimum of:

5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics;
AS or A-Level or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.

Entry Requirements- Level 5

The minimum entry requirements for the HLA program are:

160 UCAS points or 64 tariff points,
GCSEs at C or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications such as Level 2 Essential Skills

The minimum entry requirements for the Level 6 HLA program are:

Foundation Degree/HND or Equivalent in IT related discipline
GCSEs at C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications, such as Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English
