International Students

Every year Belfast Metropolitan College welcomes thousands of students from around the world who study a huge range of courses.

The College offers many choices, high standards, great facilities and a lively learning environment, with campuses in the heart of Belfast, Northern Ireland’s largest city.

We are the largest government funded public college of further and higher education in Northern Ireland and one of the biggest colleges in the UK. So we have everything in place that international students need to succeed.

The College is accredited by the British Council for the teaching of English and has a UKVI Highly Trusted Sponsor licence.

Are you an international student?

You are considered an international student if you need to apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa, or a Student Visitor Visa to come and study as a full-time student in the UK.
