Assessment Method:
Assessment is by written examination. However CIPS are in the process of developing continuous assessment options which may become available soon.

Career Opportunities / Progression

The course is provided for purchasing officers and is the first stage towards professional membership of the Institute. Learners who successfully complete this course are eligible to progress to the Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply (CIPS)

Entry Requirements

Applicants must possess three subject passes at Grades A, B or C in GCSE/GCE 'O' Level, together with two subject passes at GCE 'A' Level.
Applicants over the age of 21 with sufficient evidence of experience may be accepted without the above qualifications.
