Work+ benefits apprentices Apprentices will be able to earn as they learn, with starting salaries from £12,500. They will also have no fees, a professional qualification and a route to higher level apprenticeships.
Work+ benefits employers Work+ employers are securing the next generation of workers that they require. By developing apprentices, companies increase potential for long-term commitment from talented young people, build sectoral partnerships and raise industry standards.
Work+ benefits everybody The Northern Ireland Skills Barometer published in 2015 identified civil engineering as the profession with the second highest demand over the next 10 years. Work+ helps to address that need by attracting the next generation of civil engineers. They will build our quality of life by creating and maintaining the critical infrastructure which keeps us safe, healthy and happy, both here in NI and overseas.
