The e3 building is a new facility dedicated to enterprise, economic development and employability. The three storey, 5000m2 building has a large open plan area at its heart.

The Community Learning Centre, at Belfast Metropolitan College’s Springvale Campus,Springfield Road, is an award winning building providing conference facilities and office space to businesses, community groups and the public sector.
