Student Accommodation

So you got a place on a course at Belfastmet and now you need to find somewhere to stay!  As we don’t have our own accommodation you will have a wide range of options to choose from and we hope these suggestions will help you get started.

University Halls

Both local universities will accept applications for their student accommodation from BMC students.  They offer accommodation which includes all bills so at least you know how much it will be upfront.  For more information and how to apply please visit their websites below.

Housing Association

SHAC specialise in student housing so they have a range of properties across Belfast that have warden support for added security and safety.  For more information and how to apply please visit their website below.

Private Accommodation

There are a range of private options to choose from including apartments, houses, and rooms only etc.  Please choose carefully, consider both the location of the property and the landlord or agency you are renting from.  Make sure it is a safe area and a reputable agent.  Here are some options to get you started in your search for your perfect pad!
