Contact the Examinations Team at your campus if:
- any of your details on your Statement of Entry are missing or not correct;
- you have not received or have lost your Statement of Entry;
- you have not received or have lost your CCEA PIN to access A level results;
- you have not received your result(s) or certificate(s); and/or
- after you receive your results, you require a re-mark, access to your exam script(s) or a resit.

Contact your Campus Administration Office if any of your personal details change (e.g. name, address or contact details). This will help ensure that your exams documents will contain the correct information, e.g. certificates.
You may be entitled to additional support for your Examinations if you have a confirmed disability, learning difficulty or long term medical condition, e.g. extra time, a reader or a scribe. The Examinations Team will put the necessary arrangements in place.
If you require any access arrangements you must follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Complete a Learning Support Referral Form (LS1) when you enrol at Belfast Met or contact Inclusive Learning at your campus.
Make sure you do this as early as possible. You must complete a LS1 Form at the start of each academic year that you are enrolled on a course.
Step 2:After you have met with Inclusive Learning and received a letter about your Access Arrangements recommendations, contact the Examinations Team at your campus to discuss your exam arrangements.
Special Consideration
You may be entitled to Special Consideration after an exam if you had a temporary injury, illness or some other event outside of your control at the time of the exam which may have affected your performance.
If you think you might require Special Consideration contact the Examinations Team at your campus within 48 hours of the relevant exam.
