English Courses

Belfast Metropolitan College offers a wide range of English courses at different levels to International students. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) classes are also available. The courses are delivered by experienced lecturers and range from basic to Advanced level. Students can join in September or January. Each course runs for 15- 18 weeks including an induction.

Entry requirements:
For Tier 4 International Student Visa, the minimum English level entry requirement is CEFR B1 (about IELTS 4.5).
For Students Visitor visa route or European students, students can begin from Basic level and there is no minimum entry requirement. We will help you choose the course that's right for you.
