Queens University Halls of Residence

The arrangement that you will enter into will be between you and Queens University Belfast (QUB). QUB has two main options with catered, self - catered, and standard or en - suite options available. Both options are located within easy walking distance of Belfast Metropolitan College and are in a pleasant residential area.
Elms Village
Elms Village Residences consists of purpose built accommodation to suit students' needs, and all bedrooms are fully furnished and centrally heated. All rooms are self-catered and single. Students share kitchen facilities and make their own meals. There are standard rooms (with shared bathroom facilities) or ensuite rooms (which have a private shower room). Many of the residences are networked for internet access. The Student Centre at Elms Village has a cafeteria, bar, convenience store and launderette.
Deposit of £300 required before arrival. Transfer deposit directly to QUB account.
