GOAL (Generating Online Adult Learning) is a highly innovative Grundtvig Project, successfully submitted and being led by Belfast Institute. GOAL is a broadly based European Partnership representing the formal, non-formal and informal education and training sectors. It will explore and create entirely new approaches and methods in e training.
