School Partnerships
Belfast Metropolitan College works in partnership with schools across Belfast to offer a wider curriculum to students in Years 11 and 12.
We are fully committed to progressing and nurturing partnerships with our local schools and will continue to work in partnership with them to fulfil the requirements of the Entitlement Framework and Revised Curriculum.
We have a proven track record of providing school pupils with an excellent range of vocational, professional and technical programmes which are both relevant to the career plans of your students and essential to the needs of our local and national employers.
This year, we will be opening our new 21,000sq. metre building located in the Titanic Quarter area of Belfast and we are also excited about the opening of our innovative e3 building located on the Springvale site within the city. These state of the art building projects will allow our school based learners to avail of the latest technical and vocational facilities as well as gaining access to excellent tuition from our highly experienced and skilled staff.
We recognised that the response to our programme from you may vary considerably it may be dependent on a range of factors including the level of interest from your pupils and numbers. We are keen to respond flexibly to demand and we will endeavour to facilitate individual schools requesting a customised programme. We also work with Area Learning Communities to support appropriate clustering of schools wishing to collaborate together.
