The ILM Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management is a dynamic and contemporary management qualification.

As a key leader in your organisation you will capitalise on resource management, understand the need to innovate and to optimise performance within the strategic context of your organisation. You will acquire core skills in presenting arguments for change, constructing business cases, and leading and evaluating necessary change, within the global context.

The Certificate consists of one, flexible mandatory unit allowing you to identify and work on the areas of leadership and management development specific to your own work context.  It is delivered through a unique blend of learning which is centered on bespoke executive coaching, tailored to the needs of each student. The programme is both demanding and rewarding.

The programme will be delivered through attendance at four Master classes plus one final assessment session with on line support and executive coaching included throughout.

This course session is currently closed for enrolment/applications – it may be offered at a later date – please continue to check our website for updates.
