Career Opportunities / Progression
Microsoft qualifications are much sought after within the computer industry, so achievement will enhance your employability status. Candidates can also progress to other modules within the Microsoft Technology Associate programme. Upon completion of all MTA modules candidates can progress onto modules within the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist suite of courses.
All fees are set in accordance with DfE regulations.
This course is ideally suited for either those working in the industry wanting to gain their first Vendor Certification, those working in other technologies wishing to move to the Microsoft platform or those wishing to take a step into programming for the first time (with good IT user skills).
There are no written tests. MTA exams are carefully developed, computer-administered, exams that measure your ability to perform a specific job function or set of tasks in the real world.
The tests are taken on-line and the results are displayed on completion of the test. MTA exams mostly take the format of multiple choice questions.
