BA in Professional Development in Leadership and Management (Blended Learning). In today's world and workplace, the 'one life, one career' standard no longer applies. The BAPD Leadership and Management allows working professionals to specialise in their fields. It is suitable for people from a wide range of professions and backgrounds including local authority management and administration, education, community development, social work, voluntary sector organisations and private sector organisations. Whether you seek to build upon existing business skills, address current workplace challenges or revitalise your career, this course will give your professional life that extra advantage.
You will study 4 modules in total - 3 modules in year 1 and 1 module in year 2. Each module is approximately three months of study with a blended learning format.
You will submit an assignment for each module and a final work-based project.
