ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management
The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management is ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. It particularly supports practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. It also supports new or aspiring team leaders - helping them make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.
The qualification is made up of a wide range of units covering core management skills – such as understanding how to organise and delegate – plus skills in communication, team leadership, change, innovation and managing people and relationships. Learners are required to attain a minimum of 13 credits from units 300-341 in group 1 in order to achieve this qualification

If you are interested in further study you can add further credits at level 3 to build your qualification to a Level 3 Diploma, alternatively you may progress to a level 4 Certificate in Management and Leadership
There are no formal entry requirements but applicants must have a level of competence in written and spoken English. All applicants will be required to attend a pre entry information session.
All fees are set in accordance with DfE regulations.
The course will be delivered on a blended learning basis via a combination of master class workshops in the Titanic Quarter Campus and e-learning via the College blackboard facility. Candidates will be required to attend 8 master classes and participate in 8 e-learning sessions.
